This real estate map from 1921 advertises over 150 allotments of land for sale at the 2nd section of Groveley Lodge Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Mitchelton. The allotments were situated on Groveley Terrace (now spelled as Grovely Terrace), Nicholson Street, Blaker Road, Church Road, Samford Road and an unnamed road (now Glenholm Street).
Part of Blaker Road as shown on this map would later become Glenholm Street.

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.

"Situated within five minutes' walk of Mitchelton Station and State School. This estate is the beauty spot of the Enoggera district." (The Telegraph, March 11, 1921)
