This real estate map from 1922 advertises 98 allotments of land for sale at an estate called Gordon Park : The Pride of Kedron (Section Nine), located on the northside of Brisbane. The allotments were situated along Main Happy Valley Road (now Stafford Road), Victoria Terrace, Haig Street, Turner Road (now Alva Terrace) and an unnamed street (now Burnaby Terrace).

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.
