This real estate map from 1923 is advertising 30 allotments of land for sale at the Beach Slopes Estate at Currumbin, a coastal suburb of the Gold Coast. Fifteen of the allotment were positioned on Pacific Parade with views of the beach.

The map states - "The estate commands extensive views from easily accessible sites which are recognised as the pick positions of the most beautiful Queensland ocean frontage, within 1 minute of the post office, telephone, stores and picture show".
