Ask a Curator Day - what do you want to know?

By Administrator | 12 September 2016

This Wednesday September 14 is Ask a Curator Day. It is a day dedicated to giving visitors direct access to the expertise of museum, library and gallery curators via social media.

This year State Library of Queensland is joining more than 1,200 cultural institutions taking part in 52 countries. Participants are encouraged to ask anything that they are curious about or want more information on.

During the day, our curators Naomi, Kevin, Robyn and Amanda will be on hand share some insight into our current exhibitions - Tradition Now, Belonging and Art of the Skins.

How do I ask a question?

Our curators will be available from 9am to 5pm (AEST) to answer your questions. Head over to Twitter and tweet @slqld with the hashtag #askacurator.
