Nielson Design Lecture

Neilson Design Lecture seriesThe State Library of Queensland's signature lecture series, each Nielson Design lecture features an internationally renowned speaker presenting innovative ideas, work and methods on 'designing our future'.

The annual lecture, a partnership between State Library of Queensland and property leaders Nielson Properties, inspires creative thinking for future developments of built environments and draws together architects, engineers, business leaders, government,industry bodies and commentators, educators, researchers and emerging design proffesionals in Brisbane and Australia.

The 2011 Nielson Design Lecture was delivered on the evening of Wed 23 Nov by world-leading visionary, innovator, designer and author Bruce Mau. Bruce is deeply committed to developing purposeful projects in education, health, leadership and security.
