Ideas Festival 2011 at the State Library

The 2011 Ideas Festival, hosted for the first time by the State Library, invited you to delve a little deeper into the themes of food futures, sustainability and happiness. Things got a little deep and meaningful.  

The 2011 Festival focused on our state's communities: their unique character, resilience and versatility. The Festival provided an outlet to challenge thoughts and behaviours and share experiences, particularly in the wake of the natural disasters that have been a part of Queensland's reality in 2011.

The 2011 Ideas Festival was presented by Arts Queensland in partnership with the State Library of Queensland.
