UQ Architecture lecture series 2018

The annual UQ Architecture lecture series brings together forward-thinking architects and provocateurs who are engaged in the generation of new knowledge, ideas and strategies within the field of architecture.

In 2018, this free series is focussed on the theme of In-terre-vention and seeks to highlight clever small to large-scale interventions that have an impact beyond their immediate site.  Join us each Tuesday for these stimulating talks and learn more about our built environment.

Architectural professionals who attend the series will be eligible for two formal continuing professional development (CPD) points (more info).

If you can't make it on the night, each lecture will be livestreamed via Facebook and the SLQ website, you can also be part of the conversation on social media using #Archilecture. Videos will be available for viewing online after the event on the APDL Vimeo Channel.

Bookings will open on Tuesday 27 March for the following speakers:

17 April – Peter Walker, Cumulus (Hobart)
24 April – Rachel Neeson, Neeson Murcutt Architects (Sydney)
1 May – Simone Robeson, Robeson Architects (Perth)
8 May – Amalie Wright, Landscapology (Brisbane)
15 May – John Hardwick-Smith, Athfield Architects (New Zealand)

Presented by SLQ in partnership with the UQ School of Architecture.
