Learn how to navigate your way through the ever-changing music industry at QMusic’s free professional development workshops. Focusing on key topics for aspiring, emerging and established musicians, managers and industry workers, each session will provide discussion and discourse to educate and inspire.
This week’s workshop covers information for both self managed acts and people wishing to be managers, exploring the role of a manager, business structures, budgeting, tax, legals and more. Speakers include Leanne De Souza (Manager, The Medics / Thelma Plum), Jackson Walkden-Brown (Music Lawyer) and Matt Tucker (Arts Accountant).
After each workshop, stick around and network with industry professionals at QMusic’s hook-up event.
