Light from Light artist talk and tour

Light from Light explores the properties and metaphors of light, and the notion of libraries as sites of enlightenment. Twenty light-inspired and light-generating artworks by Chinese and Australian artists are embedded in collection spaces and public areas throughout the State Library building, including neon art objects, light sculptures, images generated by solar telescopes and illuminated texts.
