The incredible documentary that chronicles how an independent music promoter was able to put together the biggest Hip Hop festival the world had seen, and reunited the genre’s greatest practitioners - the legendary Wu Tang Clan. Through almost impossible odds, organiser Chang Weisberg laid the foundations for the annual Rock The Bells event, seen here as it teeters on the brink of collapse.
