In 1859, Queen Victoria authorised Queensland’s separation from New South Wales – the start of a rich and fascinating journey for the state of Queensland. Join us as we celebrate our history, triumphs and unique talents as Queenslanders.
During Queensland Week (Sat 2 – Mon 11 Jun), State Library will be holding a special day at the John Oxley Library that explores the diversity of migration to our state.
