The Norman Tindale legacy
This event is now in the past.
Vernon Ah Kee's evocative artworks capture the unique personalities behind the scientific photographs captured during Norman Tindale's 1938 anthropological expedition to Aboriginal communities. Vernon joins Michael Aird and Dylan Coleman to discuss the ongoing legacy of Tindale and what it means to Aboriginal people and its place in history.
A Transforming Tindale event
Presented by Brisbane Writers Festival in collaboration with State Library of Queensland.
