August Second Saturday: All That Jazz

John Wilcox and Beryl Copeland dancing at the Blue Room Club, Brisbane, 1956

This event is now in the past.

Saxophones, drums and guitars take over as we celebrate All That Jazz with a mini-festival of events as part of the Live! Queensland band culture program.

Throughout the day enjoy live performances, get your groove on at dance classes, catch a free film, and listen in as panellists discuss the many faces of jazz and its continued impression on our lives today.

The Second Saturday mini-festival programs are part of the Live! Queensland band culture program. Download the free SLQ Live! app (available from the App Store and Google Play)

A cash bar will be available after 5 pm.
