Getting to know the Corley collection

Getting to know the Corley collection

This event is now in the past.

Who were Frank and Eunice Corley?

This in-gallery discussion will shed light on this intrepid couple and how they accumulated one of the most extensive photographic collections of Queensland houses; taking and developing hundreds of thousands of photos while on the road.

Hear from Denis Peel of the Annerley-Stephens History Group Inc; and State Library's Gavin Bannerman, Director, Queensland Memory and Adam Jefford, Lead, Asia Pacific Design Library to learn more about how this incredible collection is being re-discovered and celebrated by communities.

This event is part of Home: a suburban obsession exhibition opening weekend.
