Conservation Clinic: Flood or water damaged family history items

Do you have a rare book, family heirloom or treasured object that has been damaged by water? Conservation staff from State Library and Queensland Museum join forces for one-on-one consultations to look at your personal treasures and offer advice on how to maximise their longevity.

Please do not bring in items that are wet or mouldy – instead, call the enquiries line for advice. Individual consultations are for a maximum of 15 minutes.
