Australian Poetry Slam 2013 - Brisbane heat #2

2 minutes to make your mark on the mic!

Speak, scream, howl, whisper or sing your original poem at the second Brisbane heat of the Australian Poetry Slam 2013 competition. (The first Brisbane heat takes place on Thursday 4 July, 7pm.)

Heat contestants are given a microphone, a live audience and just two minutes to impress the judges (selected at random from the audience) with their original spoken word, poetry, hip hop, monologues and stories.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, sign up is 30 minutes before slam kick-off.
