Scratch animation workshop

Learn how to use Scratch to create your own animated story!
Scratch is a free computer program that makes it easy to create your own interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art.
Scratch workshops are held on:
- Fri 18 Jan, 10am-1pm - for ages 9-12 [sold out]
- Thu 24 Jan, 10am-1pm - for ages 12-16 [sold out]
- Fri 25 Jan, 10am-1pm - for ages 9-12 [sold out]
All materials are supplied. Animation workshop participants also take home a wristband USB drive with a copy of their own creation.
Workshop presenter: Alex Shakhovskoy
Alex is a media designer and educator with a background in film, animation, photography and software development. He loves his job because it allows him to combine his creative ideas and technical skills at the same time.
Download information for parents and a consent form. The consent form is to be handed in when you sign your child into their first course.
This workshop is part of SLQ’s Cartoon, Animation and Manga workshop series. There are two workshops each day and discounts are available for full day bookings. Check out the full program.
