Queensland slam workshops
The Australian Poetry Slam 2013 heats are making their way across Queensland.
If you’re keen to compete join our free slam workshops and perfect your prose before you hit the stage.
Workshops give you the chance to stock up your arsenal with freshly sharpened words, ready to compete with some of Australia’s up and coming poets.
These workshops help you develop your performance and stage technique, and provide you with hands-on experience in slamming. They include fun and dynamic group writing and performance exercises using a live microphone.
Workshops are free for all ages, but bookings are required.
