Schools Program for 2009 – the Year of Creativity!

Your visit to the State Library of Queensland will enable you and your students to celebrate creativity and provide new and exciting learning opportunities for students.

The State Library values the work of teachers in schools and has developed a schools program that links learning in the classroom to learning at the State Library.

Events, exhibitions and workshops involve students in learning processes that enable collaboration, challenge and immersion making the State Library an exciting place for school children, teachers, educators and parents.

You will find programs suitable for a range of subject areas as well as for children and young people with diverse interests and learning styles.

Bookings are essential for all school programs, including free sessions and general school visits.
