The purpose of the Libraries for Lifelong Learning network is to facilitate the development of a cooperative environment where learners can seamlessly access the widest choice of materials to support their information, leisure, cultural and social needs. It is an open list. Requests for subscriptions are first emailed to the list owner who approves the new subscriber.
