Checklist for the return of your exchange

For libraries returning exchanges

• Aurora tape on all exchange boxes
• Boxes numbers 1/15, 2/15 etc
• Complete the form below when your exchange is packed and sent to Public Library Development (PLD)
• If you do not have any of the above items or are running low, please contact Public Library Development
