Lodge a research request

You can lodge a research request by contacting Community and Personal Histories.

All requests for research must be accompanied by at least one completed 'Application for Release of Restricted Personal Information' [new window Document in PDF format 93 kb] form signed by the applicant. You may need to to fill out more than one form if you are seeking access to records about people who are still living. You will need to get their permission in writing.  For more information about how Community and Personal Histories provides access to records refer to the Community and Personal Histories' Access policy.
