Why register for a QPL account?
When you register for a QPL account you are able to:
- access more databases from any computer connected to the internet eg at your home or office
- access over 20,000 full text e-journals
- nominate your own username and password
- add tags and reviews to books and other items
- add items permanently to your personal online space
- personalise your searching
- use the same login across State Library of Queensland services
- set alerts to automatically notify you when new items arrive.
If you wish to visit the State Library to book a computer, view videos, listen to music or request items from our closed access collections, then you need an e-services card. A QPL account does not provide access to these onsite services.
