How to make an RTI application

Before making an RTI application you can check to see if the information is already available.

We will help determine if the information is accessible through an administrative release process or we will advise if you need to make an RTI request to access it.

Submit an RTI request

If you need to make an RTI request, you can access the information by downloading an application form [new window] and submitting it by post, fax, email or in person to SLQ (contact details below). Please note that applications submitted through the Smart Service Queensland website cannot be accepted by SLQ. RTI staff will contact you to obtain payment if a fee is deemed payable for your information request.
