Asia Pacific Design Library
The Asia Pacific Design Library at State Library of Queensland is a shared space for industry, academia and the public to come together in the generation of new knowledge around design in the Asia Pacific.
The Asia Pacific Design Library was officially launched in October 2010 to coincide with the 2010 Asia Pacific Design Triennial. The vision for the Asia Pacific Design Library emerged through a desire to capitalise on the Millennium Arts Project, to develop State Library’s capacity to build strength in the key collection area of design, and connect with the implementation of the Queensland Design Strategy 2020.
